Wine + Pasta May 22

$79 In-Person (Food & wine provided in class; doors open at 6pm for welcome wine and cheese, class begins at 6:30 and ends around 8)

Taste through four wines each paired to a different pasta to understand the theory behind food and wine pairing with a little Italian flare.

Ever heard that before? It's a common way to explain a wine, but not a good one. What's the pasta? Carbonara? Spaghetti and meatballs? Gnocchi in Gorgonzola sauce? 

There's a lot more that goes into selecting a "pasta wine" than just the pasta. 

In this tasting learn the art of Italian pairings in this 90 minute (or so) workshop by sampling four wines to enticing pasta dishes. 

Wine

The Wine Sisters' chief sommelier, Erin Henderson, will lead you on a tasting of four exceptional Italian wines, designted to highlight each pasta dish. 

Food

Sample four classic pastas of different sauces and preparations prepared by The Vantage Venues chef team. Recipes are included.
