Elevate your next dinner party with hand made pasta!
In this workshop, we expand on our pasta and wine pairing class to giving you the chef secrets to making great dough for perfect pasta.
Roll up your sleeves and get your biceps warmed up. The Vantage Venues chefs will lead you in an hour-long interactive lesson on making dough, rolling it out, and cutting shapes.
You will take your finished pasta home to enjoy later, but sample the chefs' pasta with a homemade sauce.
Recipes are included.
After the pasta lesson, and before we eat, The Wine Sisters' chief sommelier, Erin Henderson, will lead you on a tasting of red and white wine, which you can sample with the finished pasta.
Ingredients, wine, and most cooking equipment is provided.
After each class students will have the opportunity to buy the food stuffs, tools, and drinks we tried in class, so you can recreate what you learned at Wine School!
